Wheel of Fortune
Woke up yesterday with a strong bout of vertigo. Spent the day either sleeping, inverted, or trying to focus on things that didn't move. It's still lingering today. I walk like I'm on a small boat on a choppy lake. Do not want. Brian is pissy because he's certain it was triggered by stress. bleh. I'm sure people at work will find my listing amusing.

I used to have to deal with this, and I only realized when I saw you post about it that it's been ... almost two years since I've had to deal with it. Dave pointed out to me that if and when I had bouts of vertigo was directly related to the level of internalized stress I was dealing with. It took months for me to see what he was talking about, but he ultimately was right. I've made a concerted effort to not internalize my stress, but to release it (in both productive, and destructive) ways. Apparently, it's working, so I thought I'd share.

I'm convinced this is stress. My body has a bad tendency to mask over the stress until it pops up in the most inconvenient, uncomfortable ways. Thanks for letting me know yours was tied to stress as well.
