Dear June 2008,
Good bye. I'm sorry that I can't feel as though I can wish you well. You really did suck far more than was necessary.
While my father-in-law is recovering, you really didn't do much in the way of easing that event for any of us. You cost me over a thousand dollars in unexpected emergency repairs. Work was unreasonably stressful, what were you thinking? And what the hell was up with good people behaving like selfish, arrogant prats? You can keep them, June, they are better off with you.
So Good bye, June 2008. And good riddance. You have less than 18 hours left to leave some redeeming memory of you.
I am not holding my breath.
Wiser and stronger,
Dear July 2008,
I can't wait to meet you! We're going to have such fun together!
