Ok...the way I see it is kinda like this.

- We make a decision to do something. It's not an accident, it didn't happen to us, we did this on purpose.

- The product of our decision turns out to be really difficult. We knew it could. But it is now our responsibility.

At this point, it's a statement of our character and our worth as a human being how we deal with it. Passing it off as someone else's responsibility to deal with because you no longer want to says a lot.

This has been brewing in my craw for a while and I keep seeing the pattern repeated with several people. I'm thoroughly disgusted with some choices I've read/heard because I see true heroes and how they deal with things when it gets difficult.

Crumble or make some sacrifices. The choices were yours to make, now pony up.

y'think? Some people are taking offense and even imagining I'm admonishing them for the wrong thing.

I dunno, badger. This younger generation baffles me. It's like they all feel entitled to things they haven't earned.
